Dear Sir,
I always had a belief that working under the guidelines and following the guidelines has a thin line difference but it ingrains a great impact on a person. I got to know that Rajiv sir is going to lead our department.With many questions and a trembling voice,I met my new leader who was brimmed with so much talent and knowledge formerly. That interaction gave all of us a clear picture that we are all set to take a flight with Rajiv sir in the cockpit, to take our department to greater heights. I have seen bosses acting actually like a boss; but you are incompatible. With time I have realised that you say what you do and you fulfill what you promise.You call it a team and sir I have seen you treating it the same way.Your dedication supplies a wave of enthusiasm to the team.Your way of teaching any particular thing is peerless.Leading everything;taking everyone along ,that too happy and growing is commendable.An attribute of a true mentor it is!
